New COSTCO Coupons from 3/7/13 to 3/31/13

Generally,

1. Costco mails the coupon book to your house
2. You can always get a coupon book from Customer Service when ur in the store. I do it all the time.
3. When they ask me to rip coupons, I just give them the book to scan..( if they insist, I just say you can keep the book. On the way out I stop @ customer service grab another copy for next time use)
4.All these coupons are online closer to the start date but DO NOT HAVE any barcode and no use of printing from online.
5. It is always a good idea to get your book scanned @ the cash register. Some of the discounts only work when scanned. (Some coupons are already in the system, so you get the discount even without the them)
