Hehe hopefully some game patches will smooth out the bugs. I'm more excited to play the single player, even if only for the graphics

I just ordered the L3 (newer version) of this card. For some reason it told me the V.me by Visa promo had ended, even though it says it goes through March 21st or whatever. I contacted chat and they were able to credit me the 10% off after I ordered. After tax, discount and MIR, total will be $280. I should have ordered the 7950 last year, but whatever, I finally ordered one after waiting since last summer. Stoked for Bioshock Infinite.

Showed OOS on Amazon last night (with a 1-2 month wait), but back in stock this morning. In for one. Obviously, no v.me discount from them, but their return policy seemed a lot more forgiving, and the value they assigned to the games is based off of actual prices, not some overinflated estimate ($160 ? you've got to be kidding!).

Can someone clear up if you can or cannot get a refund for the two games?

I keep seeing these upper end gpus but it'd be overkill for my celeron g550. Where are the 7770 sale with the November prices?

but they arent games, they are codes for the game. just chatted with both amazon and newegg. newegg said absolutely not, and they want both code and video card back for a refund, but amazon said no refund but to get a full refund just send the video card back. ymmv but you may be able to get two video cards, send one back, sell both codes for $50/piece.

Hey, how does the promo code work? I bought it from amazon. Do people sell that code, or the code that comes from amd after entering the amazon code. Does the amd code come in the mail or email?

The code comes from amazon and to get the games you go to the site thats on the promo code paper and enter the unique code and you will get an email with both the game codes, if you want to sell it you dont scratch the unique code and just sell the paper

Yes, I got mine at Amazon and received an email about 18 hours after my card shipped (before it arrived) which let me register at the website you mentioned using the promotional code in the email from Amazon

After registering there, I received an email with the code for Crysis 3 from AMD Gaming Evolved <noreply@amd4u.com> and was told I would be sent the Bioshock Infinite code when the codes "became available" (see below). It was nice to be able to download Crysis 3 before the card even arrived since I did not have to wait for the code to show up in the box with the card.

All that said though, I have tried version 12 drivers up through the beta drivers released on Wednesday 2/27 and I get artifacting on the mouse cursor of the primary display. It is weird, and very annoying. Has anyone else experienced it? If so, and you were able to resolve it permanenetly - without using mouse trails or magnifier, etc... - please share. Otherwise, I think I am going to have to send this card back. I am on 64-bit Win 7 Ultimate SP1 running an Ivy Bridge i7-3770k, tried it with just the Sapphire 7950, and with the Intel HD 4000 enabled and the only thing that seems to matter is that it occurs on the primary/initial output of the Radeon card. I did have an old Radeon 6670 card (not used for gaming) but used AMD's driver remover and even Driver Sweeper to clear out all ATI/AMD related stuff. No luck. :-/ Very dissappointed that I am having to waste time on this...
