Slycat, I'm trying to figure out why you are dumping so hard on this protein when you have posted previous deals on Dymatize Elite XT which has a similar ingredient list to this one...Milk Protein Matrix (Milk Powder, Micellar Casein And Calcium Caseinate) is the 1st ingredient for Elite XT. And it even has Soy Isolate on the ingredient list.

The guy puts out some good info. What have the mainstream views accomplished for us? If I listened to mainstream medical professionals, I'd still be eating margarine instead of butter and would be far unhealthier. There's a lot of corruption in our food and medical system and we'd all be better off not listening to government dietary advice which focuses on the wrong issues.

yeesh, this guy opposes immunizations and mammography tests. You have to be incredibly gullible to fall for this snake-oil salesman. As a medical student, I may be biased towards the medical field, but the bigger problem with misinformation in medicine is deceiving marketing and health magazine / programs (ie. Dr. Oz). Real doctors aren't out to get you, trust me .

Yea I admit some of his views may be a bit extreme. It seems he likes to take a cautionary approach. Some of his info does make you stop and think though. For example:

"You can get as much radiation from one mammogram as you would from 1,000 chest X-rays."

See buzz terms and factoids (whether it's true or not) get people talking. But there is no argument among medical professions that the benefits >>>> risks for mammograms. This quack has you fearing for the risks (however small they may be) rather than looking at the incredible benefits of screening exams like mammograms.

Relating to this thread: To extrapolate the riskiness of casein based on the evidence he provides is ridiculous.
