Ditto, low shipping weights for both of my orders. Bummer. I get nervous when I ask Amazon for credit. The banned account rumors got under my skin.

I took "advantage" of this chocolate offer last time got 1 of each and several were canceled. Also got over 10 in amazon credits.
I am not sure if Amazon keeps track of these credits or not (seems logical that they would) So I prefer not to milk the cow dry..Might end up getting a kick. |

My shipping weight is less than a pound. I find this annoying. Cancel the order if it's a mistake, or ask if I still want the order, but don't just ship something different than what's ordered without a word to the customer. I've found many unbelievable deals on Amazon, how am I supposed to know what's a mistake? BTW, tonight I noticed these truffles on clearance @ Meijer for $1.50 a bag.

Received mine today, definitely not the pack of 6 or pack of 20 like they stated.
Chatted with amazon rep, they said it was listed incorrectly, I asked for a refund and they agreed after some prodding. Too good to be true I guess :p |

I chatted and they offered my 50% off
then I said let me talk to someone else or I will contact my cc co and they refunded it! pain in the butt |

My 4 truffles and a bag-o-chix hasn't even shipped yet.
I would agree using online chat or e-mail is better than phone to go for the refund.. I have enough chocolate from previous opportunities.  so tried to cancel..... We're sorry. An error occurred when we tried to process your request. Rest assured, we're working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. alrighty then... I'll take the chocolate. Or maybe it is just flagged.
