bah, I always forget newegg charges NJ tax. given that, NJ folks should realize this deal's not much better than just buying at target.com for $329 since can get 5% back from upromise... and it'd be new.

 I've bought many stuff from newegg before and they usually shipped in 1-2 business day with tracking number. Seem like they don't have stock ready

Just got mine today. Immaculate condition, and warranty through apple says it's until feb 4th 2014. very satisfied with the purchase so far.

Just chiming in with the others here. I ordered the mini for $288 and it said it was in "packaging" for a week before I contacted customer service for a status update. They said they would look into it and a minute later I received an email it was shipped. Got it a few days later and the thing is MINT. No scratches or even fingerprints. I would think it was brand new if it weren't for the clear plastic that covers the screen had some air bubbles under it, so someone reattached it. Other than that its perfect. Typing from it right now. And the warranty coverage is good until Jan '14. It's light to hold, I may even like this better than my 3rd gen iPad.
