Don't buy this stuff. It is the worst quality protein that I have ever used. It is extremely clumpy and tastes like garbage.

Whey protein concentrate, milk protein, soy isolate. Not a great quality protein.

Sort of agree. While you need a electric mixer 100% of the time, and it doesnt taste bad. It has the worst after taste ever, and it keeps going for a good 8 hours. I only have to suffer through 1 batch of banana nut and 1 batch of vanilla left.

Couldn't disagree more about his protein.

I love the flavor of the chocolate fudge brownie, and it blends perfectly fine with a blender bottle. JMO.

It has slow, medium, and long release proteins, keeping protein digesting for hours on end. It does take about 33 grams of serving to get 20 grams of protein, but I'm not sure what the hate is about.

Other reviews seem to be mixed. Some say it tastes terrible and does not mix well, while others say it tastes fine. I don't have high standards for my protein powder, so I'm going for it.

I use this along with Optimum Nutrition and Syntha-6. Got past deals on all of them. I would say that this stuff tastes OK. Not terrible, but not great. Syntha-6 tastes best IMO, but its also more calories. If you aren't too picky on taste, this stuff is fine. I think OM tastes a little better than this but at this price, I'd go for it. I would but I have 22 lbs sitting around.
As for mixing, it mixes fine in a bottle with a ball. I haven't tried it with just a spoon.

I am also on the band Wagon off nor getting this stuff. I got the 4.4 pounder and I regret it. Really bad after taste. I have a battery operated mixer and it still clumps up. And only has 21 grams of protein per serving. I usually take 2 scoops just be finished with this nasty stuff. Get other protein. This isn't worth it.

Agree. Sort of a diet soda aftertaste. I don't care because I just gun it down to hit my protein macros and not for the taste.

Based on your comment, lvelweyz, I think that you may be confused about what "logic" means. "Logic" is a noun, not a verb, and conveys the use of objective reasoning in decision making. Based on that definition, I am one of the most logical people that I have ever met. I make ever decision based on facts, not subjective ideas.
The protein is terrible because the serving size to grams of protein ratio is pathetic, because it is nearly impossible to blend, and because it is full of unnecessary ingredients as other posters have shown. Based on this purely rational argument, it should be clear that this product is poor quality. Even further, I personally find the taste atrocious, and it is very likely that many others would agree. I give the warning on taste because many people are much more likely to be swayed by subjective opinion. Thus, I avert the possibility of both subjective and objective buyers wasting their money on this product through the use of arguments that appeal to both types of reasoning. Is that logical enough for you?
