ACOP Closes my account

Has anyone experienced ACOP closing their account without your consent. I was nearing $25 and I attempted to login in only to find that my password wouldn't allow me to access my account. So I followed the standard password reset options ( mind you you have to enter your email account that is attached to your account). When the reset didn't work I contacted the CS to ask what if anything was going on, to which I get a response that I either don't have an account with ACOP, or my account was recently terminated???

Anyone gone through this with them and got resolution?

I wasn't near 25 bucks or anything, but I was unable to log in and was informed I had closed my account.( without myself even knowing). I just quit for real then. I can get enough legitimate survey taking $ without dealing with crap sites like ACOP.

Yeah I am done with ACOP after this lil shenanigan that they pulled. I love how they respond back with you don't have an account with us, well then how did they send me a password reset link if I didn't have an account with them??? Just infuriated by them

For every account, take a screen cap of your account value and the most recent page of your credits; give it a meaningful name and keep it in a dedicated folder. When they argue what you did or did not have in your account, give them this inarguable proof of what you actually DID have.

Note to newbies: "Repping" someone means clicking the link to the right of where it says "Reputation" under their name and agreeing to add to their reputation... we can tell if you said you repped but didn't do it.

That is great advice and i will be starting that as of now with all the companies i'm with too date. I did go just now to my ACOP account to make sure it was still active and took screen shots showing what points I had accumulated and the cash out I performed. I also have my email from them saying a cash out was performed on my account!

Geez, the things I hear going on with survey companies makes me leery of giving surveys a try.

I have tried a couple of surveys, and mostly have gotten nothing for my efforts. I think in one case I did get a $5 Amazon gift card, but that was one out of a dozen surveys. It's nice when they pay. I guess even $5 is more than average.

I browse slickdeals.net with Firefox [mozilla.org] running on Linux Mint [linuxmint.com] Nadia KDE [kde.org]. Don't be jealous of my boogie [youtu.be].

Same extra long wait for pymt here. Also takes weeks for surveys done to show up in acct. ACOP's never been shady or taken so long to pay. Something has to be wrong. Maybe we all should do an online contact msg to ask whats going on?
