ACOP Closes my account

I think something is up with them. I cashed out 15.00 dollars three weeks ago and my money has NOT been sent paypal. ( there faq's section say two weeks and they never take this long) Please no one do any more surveys with them for right now, I really feel something is going on. I cashed out because I was going to close my account anyway with them. About one month ago, 8.00 dollars was missing from my account and I have no idea what happened to them. They claimed they did not remove any points!

Who is acop, never heard of them. Sorry that happened to some of you.

Same extra long wait for pymt here. Also takes weeks for surveys done to show up in acct. ACOP's never been shady or taken so long to pay. Something has to be wrong. Maybe we all should do an online contact msg to ask whats going on?

after reading this I checked some accounts and zoompanel closed mine I had over 5000 points. I wondered why I wasn't getting any surveys.

Email them, I had this happen earlier this year and my account was frozen because the emails they were sending was bouncing back to them. They quickly reinstated my account.

I had this exact same thing happen to me. I wasn't near 25 bucks or anything, but I was unable to log in and was informed I had closed my account.( without myself even knowing). I just quit for real then. I can get enough legitimate survey taking $ without dealing with crap sites like ACOP.

Can you share the names of the Companies that're paying for completed surveys, please.

Has anyone experienced ACOP closing their account without your consent. I was nearing $25 and I attempted to login in only to find that my password wouldn't allow me to access my account. So I followed the standard password reset options ( mind you you have to enter your email account that is attached to your account). When the reset didn't work I contacted the CS to ask what if anything was going on, to which I get a response that I either don't have an account with ACOP, or my account was recently terminated???

Anyone gone through this with them and got resolution?
