$20 off $75 is in store only. 20% off $100 is online... How would you get it to stack?

Lies! There's no 20 off 75 online.

Also 20% off $100 is for regular priced items... Apparently Toys r us thinks that marking their over priced Lego sets, to normal retail prices is considered a Huge Sale!

I was able to put an order through with 20 percent off the discounted sets also. The hobbit barrel escape is at retail and is exclusive to tru and Lego store so rarely is discounted. also got a monster fighter castle as that set will be retiring soon and hasn't been discounted much either. hope everything ships.

Works on the 42000 Grand Prix Racer as well, though unfortunately it starts you out +$10 from MSRP.

However, it doesn't stack with the $20 off $75 like OP said. Even if 20% off $100 works.

It did and OP is correct on this case. The $20 off was already baked in the starting price before the 20% at the web site. Of course as usual Toyrus inflated the MSRP from $119 to $139, but that was the "regular price" for them before this. So it is stacked as OP stated. You can't try 20% at store for this set, for that model, you have to pay $119 + tax instead of $95 + tax, since it is already on sale ($20 off from $139 to $119).

Please note that the online 20% does not apply to Lego sets that is brick based, but works on Technics sets. The store 20% works on all sets that do not have discount (basically excludes all sets priced above $75 or clearance).

I got the complete 2013 hero factory sets... basically 20% off MSRP/Target price... I don't think it'll go on sale for awhile since they are new cycle sets.
