Tf700 is kinda laggy. Tegra 3 can't handle that HD resolution.

Anybody know if the LTE version will be released in the US?

tegra 3 cant even handle my nexus 7 without stutter. i cant imagine how sluggish it must be pushing 1920x1200

It handles it fine. The tegra 3 in your nexus 7 is only clocked at 1.3 ghz by the way.

Had an infinity pad and it was decent at the time but overall I very pretty disappointed in it's performance. The screen is gorgeous but 1gb ram is really unacceptable. The tablet is decent but It's almost like you have to root and install cleanrom for it to even be bearable. I mean even temple run lags on the infinity pad, clearly the tegra 3 wasn't meant to run games at 1080p.

I wouldn't buy the infinity again and If you're willing to shell out $400+ for a tablet then you might as well wait for the newer generation to come out. I think 10" android tablets still have a bit to go but the next generation of tablets should take care of that.

This thing is lighter than the IPAD. The TF700 is great, but it's older, and in fact it will hopefully be replaced soon with a newer model in the coming months. TF700 was released a year ago on 1 year ago technology (arm stuff is growing fast, think 486 days when your hardware as literally obsolete the day you bought it).


They released with the tegra 2, a year later with the tegra 3, if they continue the trend then by summer of this year the new model should come out with the tegra 4 processor and at least 2 gigs of ram... I'd be happy if they kept the same form factor as it is pretty thin and light and sleek vs it's competitors.

This scares me, I think I'd rather get a N10 or refurb 3rd gen Ipad for less since it still comes with a 1 year warranty
