I don't know what the laws in your state are, but I think there is a one in MN that if you post a sale price that does not specifically say "limited quantity's", you are obligated to offer rain checks.. I did ask for one and was denied it. I am pissed. I understand these are small stores where having everything in stock is problematic, but when you are part of a chain store it is completely different. It is obvious that some stock was held back. 4 days after the sale ends more shows up after 14 days of being out of stock during the "sale" at all local stores!? I want to file a complaint. I was at all the sores in my area, told no one has them, cant get them, bla bla bla.. its false advertizing..

I did formally request to be told on the web site "when they are available" during the sale period. I would expect that e-mail come with a link to honer the sale price.
