You need to report him for setting up a precedent that frys is not pmatched. West coast or east coast...frys is a bbuy price matched store. u will need to start the report/ memo to corporate, and do a lil memo to his boss and next manager. U want to be able to price match frys in the future, lime amazon...its policy. The stock and in-house stuff is valid or ymmv

Hmmm...luckily for me my best buy and fry's are a quarter mile apart in socal.. Gonna have to try this

update: I called and the rep I spoke to said there is a difference between the $19.99 version and the $54.99 verison. BB is selling the $44.99 verson (on sale) so she said it is different and wont PM.

Update2: called back got a woman to PM as she was placing my order we got disconnected called back and another rep said it was instore only. Grrrr

is she right? She is saying it HAS to be both

U lucky to have a frys. Frys.com is not part of targets' national pm policy but local store, im sure. Does your target allow a copy of frys.com or actual ad? This is the ymmv part because it is/use to be ad only. If, they allow the dot.com price, u are basically, pricing frys.com, outright.... Policy pushed to the wayside. Rules need to be consistent.

Have you seen targets' new policy? Frys.com is not on the list for pm. only PM due to local competing b/m plus a current local ad.

Amazon.com, babsrus.com,toysrus.com, walmart.com,bestbuy.com and local competitor's local print ad.

You are getting targets': ymmv price. Be glad the store is not following to a tee, like some. Reason y many are still lucking upon an un-trained bb clerk

Called the 888 number, but there is no black controller on the website anymore? The rep said the one on Frys was different (as its black) and BB doesn't have the black one so no go. May try again later.

Ah well, final shot at the 888 number.

Got a rep who checked with her supervisor, then checked if the damn thing is available in a Frys store (as the page notes "In-Store only"). She then apparently got in touch with a Frys rep (with me on wait for a looooooong time) who checked inventory and said it was OOS in all (?) Frys stores with no further inventory expected. As item is no longer available, she coudn't PM.

I'm pretty close giving up, think the deal is dead at this point for me.

I just picked up 2 of these at this price at Best Buy in Alpharetta, GA. Showed the Fry's price on my phone and they price matched, no questions asked. FWIW, there is a B&M Fry's nearby.
