Got this email from Cell Phone Shops:

"Sorry, the bluetooth is out of stock, may we know if you would like us to cancel this order for you?
We will follow up your case as soon as possible after we have your reply."

What type of question is this? Are they expecting me to say "Nah, that's ok. Just keep the money."

Yes My order shipped yesterday. Not sure why mine seems to be the only one that went through. I ordered in the middle of the pack(Mon 3/4/2013 12:34 AM EST). Paid with paypal.

Yes, exactly that, they hope that you didn't see this email and then they get to keep your money.

I looked on their site for another in-car speaker and found a Motorola one. When I replied with that one instead, they sent the new item out and then they asked me for the additional funds. Now if I want to refund I have to send back the unit and wait for processing. What a headache!

They ended up refunding after I cancelled; but definitely NOT a very professional outfit.

I placed two orders, one unit in each order. The second order I placed shipped but the first didn't and was cancelled. How odd. I placed both orders about 5 minutes apart. This company doesn't seem very professional.

They sent an email to me with a microsoft word attachment. The document read:

"Dear xxxxx,

This is a notification to you that this order has been cancelled. We have previously emailed you regarding the problem on this order, however, we have not received a response from you.

Please free feel to contact us again if you want to reactivate the order.

Thank you for your understanding

I called the number and spoke to someone with an Indian accent to reactivate the order. She said that cellphoneshop will reply with an email in the next 24 hrs so we'll see what happens.

They did not refund me after cancelling my order, so I filed a PP dispute with them.

My Jabra came in from Amazon a couple days ago. I updated the firmware to 1.6 and set it up. It works great. The Amazon one was missing instructions, but they were easy to download on the website. It was a piece of cake to set it up. I was happy that it didn't need to download my phonebook, and could just read from my contacts on the fly as a call is coming in. It's a big step up from my previous BT speakerphone.

The product is fantastic. It amazes me that I placed the order, then posted on SD. My order got cancelled and others got the product shipped. WTF?

Not a clue. PP closed the dispute in my favor this morning, so I finally got my money back. I guess we can all put them on our list of sites not to buy from again in the future.

It certainly is a wonderful speakerphone.

received mine..I don't think it is brand new..to me it looks used
