Ipad Mini 32 GB version refurbished and no tax 359.99 newegg

I think this is a great deal with the V.me discount going on now on newegg. Its 399.99 refurbished (no returns) and with the 10 percent off and no sales tax in NY it came out to 359.99 for me.
