If the condition is new, why is it not in retail packaging? I smell refurbs in ziploc bags. But then again it wouldn't be the first time Dailysteals false advertised and tried to pull off refurbs as "new".
Lesson to all: NEVER trust Dailysteals. I learned that the hard way. |

Yeah, it does say new. Not sure why it wouldn't be retail packaging, but I'll bite for 40$ for a spare. These are really good headsets.

Thanks OP. I got one. In fact, the last Bluetooth headset that I had was a Jawbone Icon from DailySteals. The device arrived with several earbud options, ear hook, charger, and instructions. Best of all, it was described as brand new when I bought it and it appeared to be brand new when I got it. The only reason I'm buying this one is because I eventually lost the Icon.

Price is now 30$ shipped for factory rectified version. I would probably have bought that one, considering I have no idea if mine has even shipped! I remember why I shy away from DS so often.

Mine shipped and says that it was delivered, but I don't have it. DS was quick to reply to my question and they asked me to follow up with the post office since they are responsible for getting the product to its final destination.
