I have an old dell with 250 psu and e6550 processor, and according to the comments this is a perfect fit as it works with the 250 psu. comment from 1/8/2013

Good for adding HD video acceleration (H.264/AVC, Adobe Flash/Youtube, etc) and HDMI output for a perfectly usable "Core 2" class (Core 2 Duo and Pentium/Celeron derivatives) desktop computer with GMA 3x00/4500 integrated graphics and only VGA/DVI output, or Athlon X2 with GeForce 6150SE iGPU (a chipset from 2005 that is still used in recent low-end desktops -- talk about longevity).

I'd stay away from PowerColor in full. Last two cards of theirs I've had, have had the fans fail, and overheat issues. Not worth saving a few bucks for an off brand name.
