I bought this TV during the last deal, and it is one awesome set. The color and contrast are amazing, and the 3D detail is top-notch. I tried it out with Prometheus and couldn't believe how comfortable and how detailed the 3D image was!

Can someone post what the order is to the Panasonic models? The U, UT, ST, GT, etc?
I also saw the TC-P50U50 for $599 - so I'm wondering if that's a decent deal if you don't want 3D or a Smart TV. |

I got the U50 right around Christmas for $599 and think it offers fantastic bang for the buck, that being said if I'd have known the ST would be available at this price point I'd have likely held out for the ST. IMHO the filters and the improved panel are worth the extra $200. |

I am a huge fan of Panasonic plasmas, but I think you can get a better deal than a 50" U50 for $600. Still a very nice set, but not a slick deal. |

great tv, picked up a set from the sale 2 weeks ago at Sears and am extremely impressed with the picture. waiting for the 100 hour break-in period to match cnet calibration setting, heard nothing but good things about them so i'm only expecting more from the tv!

I just wanted to warn everyone of Panasonic's Customer Service. I am currently dealing with them on a TV that I bought two months ago that is not functioning and all I can say is that it hasn't been a pleasant interaction whatsoever...!
