Usually miss slickdeals b/c I work in a school and can't be on the computer all day. Lucky for me, this deal came about on Pulaski day, and I ordered an XL gray, perfect for my husband's upcoming bday.
Received cancellation email today, typical bait and switch. Serta comforter also cancelled on me this week. So disappointing

My order (XL Charcoal) was cancelled this morning as well. I was pretty angry about it, considering people who bought after me (I bought ASAP on Monday) but didn't use free shipping got their order confirmation today! Felt they were preferencing paid shipping orders.
I first called customer service which originally got me nowhere, but when I demanded to talk to someone who could get me the coat, she gave me this number: 1-800-233-7626 I called this number, provided my number, and she said they would order the coat from a store and ship it to my house. It did cost about $3 more with tax but to me it was worth getting the coat. Hopefully it actually goes through. Just wanted to give other slickdealers an option for possibly still being able to get this coat. |

Got my peacoat this evening. Really happy with the fit and overall styling.
If your order was canceled, I would certainly look into heathmarie29's suggestion and give them a call. For sure worth it at $45, and even more so at $33 for those who may get the free shipping. |
