Saw this chair at Costco B&M. Might be a good deal for those looking for a working chair.

I found this in SF.
Probably sold out in your locations.

I checked the Citrus Heights, CA costco and none were to be found. I even asked customer service to look it up but that came up with nothing also.

What location did you see this chair?
it was the one in Foster City.

you bought that OD chair for $269?
Was thinking Herman Miller also. But for $99 its worth a try.
I have been using the Realspace Quantum from OD at home for the past two years. Often on sale, sometimes down to $200. It is AWESOME. I like it better than my $1000 Steelcase Leap at work. I find the similarly designed mesh Aeron unbearable. The Quantum has more give and conforms to your body. YMMV as with all chairs it is totally dependent on the fit.

I would give this one a shot based on its similarity to the Quantum but I don't need a second chair.

Thanks Kelly. Do you happen to have an item # so I can have a local Costco look this up?

BTW, this chair looks almost exactly like the Realspace PRO Quantum Mesh Mid Back Chair. I have this chair and its amazing.

I have the Realspace chair and have seen the Costco Metro chair. They are not the same and are only similar in that they are mesh chairs. The Metro one's arms are less adjustable (although they do fold up and away unlike the Realspace one's). The Metro does look like it may have better lumbar support, which is the weakness of the Realspace.

The Realspace is a OEM clone of the ergohuman v1, but without the separate lumbar support section.

I found one of these on display in Kirkland, WA, but couldn't find any boxes for it on the shelves (maybe they just had the display unit left). I didn't end up buying it because it's pretty limited in the ways it can be adjusted, and I felt like the back was rather low.

The Costco in Albuquerque had these for like a week before they sold out. They looked pretty nice, but I didn't bite because I didn't think the arms weren't adjustable. They just folded up and down which didn't really help me at all...

I don't know about this specific chair but mesh chairs are awsome! They circulate the air, so there is less odor build-up and it cools your body.

My sister and mom both have the Realspace PRO Quantum Mesh Mid Back Chairs. Those are actually made by Raynor and like a low end Eurotech, which seems to be a fairly high end line of chairs. The Costco chair doesn't look like from the same line. It may be a good chair, I don't know, but not the same other than being mesh. Actually reminds me more of the Realspace Calusa Mesh Mid-Back Chair that was on the front page here not long back, but with a mesh seat as well as the back.

Got this one from Costco but returned. The mesh is ok but there is this hard plastic that hurt underneath my thighs .i am 174 pounds and i do not recommend. You can try and return if you don't like.

Can you slide the seat back or forth to adjust for you leg length with the Costo Metro chair?

Looking at these right now and don't see any way to adjust the seat forward or backwards. Also reading the review of the hard plastic, I'd have to agree. I didn't notice it at first but once mentioned, it's definitely there. It's too bad because otherwise seems like a decent chair. Maybe one could put a towel on the seat for some cushion.
