yeah, i've been getting zero points for the past two days. i specifically waited like 36 hours to take this one because i thought i'd waited too little from the one before last.

As often as these are posted I always forget to do them until I see these reminders, lol. If you are missing points call them. I was docked about 500 and they posted them all back within a week.

check your RZ point activity. as long as it shows up there then the points will be added in (there is sometimes a delay, especially if you take the poll soon after it's posted or after the new BB day starts).

as far as timing, the following advice from user grrrarg on blu-ray.com is spot on:

"Always wait until after 12AM CST when the Best Buy day cycles -- if you do it right when the poll shows up you will always have to do it in the 2 hour block before the Best Buy day cycles (since they put the new polls up at 10PM CST). If you wait until the poll has been up for 2 hours you then have 22 hours in which to complete it without worrying about the 0 point issue."

Yeah, I've been very careful; this morning when I started (9AM EST, 8AM CST) I still got 0 points, and I did the last poll at like 2AM two days ago. It isn't showing up in my RZ account either. I may need to get in touch with them again.

Kind've a related question but, does the $5 BB gift certificate reward work on purchasing Gift cards in store?
