Thermaltake V1 CPU Cooler 110mm Blue LED Full-Range Variable Speed Fan CL-P0401 $12.94 AR/AC/FS Newegg

$10 rebates, coupon code BTEXTXS37 which only works if you get those specific emails that seem to target active accounts, FS plus Shoprunner eligible - I checked both. $26.99 - $10 rebate - %15 code $4.05 = $12.94 which is the cheapest it's ever been. Some people hate the site, but at least from Frostytech decent reviews - it's not a Hyper 212, but it IS cheaper than the 120mm coolers have been in a while. 4 eggs at Newegg, the only problems are in can evidently be a little tricky to mount, and for at least some people who are overclocking i7's they didn't see much of a difference. Good value for $13.
Blue LED, manual speed control 3 pin fan, fits desktops from AM2 and Socket 775 and later. Non-standard fan/inside the heatsink mounting means you cannot replace the fan. Right in between the height of a 92mm versus 120mm tower cooler, so it may work for some cases that cannot fit the 120mm cases but still take full height PCI cards. Good company. REALLY pretty eye candy if you are mounting it in a clear-sided case, as long as blue LED's work with your color scheme.
