None of these are live yet except Spec Ops -- they will be coming later this month.

Also a ton of PS Vita titles on sale, plus $10 back on every $50 spent. It's a great time to own a PS Vita. Not on sale yet, but should be any day now...

Just my luck. Was told that Spec Ops was a good game (am new to gaming), so I purchase it from GameFly and now it's being given away for free.

Also, does anyone know if this will work for the free psplus from that French type deal a couple months ago? The games are different than what the us offers usually and I was really planning on buying the cave on Xbox.

Well it's only free for PS Plus users. So technically it's not free once you factor in membership costs.

I just bought The Cave on Wii U, can't complain though because it is a great game. It has a multiplayer element which can be frustrating at times because the screen only follows one player at a time. If you are playing this with your kids (mine are 5 and 8) if you another character presses a button it gives their character the screen. Some parts of the game require characters to be performing different actions at different places in the level, so the challenge is there playing with your kids when they want to be actively doing something at any time.

I agree, It is much more like being loaned the games since, once you quit paying for the subscription, you can no longer access the games you got for "free".

Like others have said it isn't technically free as you can only play it as long as you are paying $50/year or more in membership costs. It only actually costs $15 if you want to own it. I would think Sony should put more AAA titles on the Plus membership because I would assume only a small percentage of PS3 owners are subscribing. A lot of people who really want the games will buy them even on top of having a PSN membership, because the games are only "free" as long as you are paying (oxymoron, I know). So while they may not have Black Ops 2 free on PSN Plus anytime soon, Sony should workout for titles such as MW3 or other games of that calibur to spur Plus subscription sales. It's should be similar to cable television, you pay a significant fee and get access to good but perhaps not all of the latest content. Once you stop paying you have no more benefits. Just my two cents.
