I informed them of such but they are still refusing to either send me what I ordered or give me a refund. It has been an awful process, atrocious customer care.

The rubber band on the bottom sheet broke putting it on for the 1st time & part of the comforter melted in the dryer. Granted, I had the dryer on high, but I've never had anything melt before. Buyer beware on these cheap sets & be careful with your care of them if you jump on one...

Thanks Moooshe, yea I have demanded my money back and Ill see if they will do that today. If that still doesn't resolve the issue going to the bank was what I thought of for my next step. Such a hassle though....
