While I haven't seen this specific set, I'll say that generally, 100% Microfiber sheets are very thin. In bedding, "Microfiber" isn't what you're thinking (What I mean: It's not the soft fuzzy cloth you clean your computer screen or glasses with.)
Microfiber bedding feels soft and smooth to the touch, but because it's thin, you shouldn't have high hopes for many years of use out of it, as it's more likely to break down after a couple dozen washes. Think Cashmere scarf in bed form.
Hmm, I feel microfiber can't absorb sweat as efficiently as cotton. And feels scartchy too. But its a personal opinion!
I don't think they are "scartchy" at all. I have some inexpensive microfiber sheet sets from amazon and I like them. They are soft, smooth and come out of the dryer wrinkle-free. I must not sweat enough to have the absorbancy issue so they work fine for me.
