Can abortion be part of a surrogate contract?

I know you won't believe this (which I frankly don't care about), but I didn't realize there was a whole abortion - genocide movement already going. I don't agree with everything they say/do; but it's out there.

Also, the fact that a human fetus is not granted rights is unconscionable in my opinion. It cannot survive on it's own, just as infants and toddlers cannot survive on their own. (Sure a little longer than a fetus, but ultimately they perish without a care giver.) There are numerous laws protecting infants and toddlers - in fact the law requires it!!

So why does the law require that an infant who cannot survive on their own be protected, but a fetus that cannot survive on it's own is not?

Why? Because we are world/nation that by and large does not accept personal responsibility. I am against the continued efforts to shift that responsibility. You may not agree, but I do not care. You can make fun of my stance, but I have NO intent of allowing the death of unborn humans to go unopposed.
