For people who also wants a 22" monitor, it seems the SD Dell Vostro 470 at $580 may offer an alternative:
$425 vs $580 AMD A10-5700 vs Intel i5-3450 no monitor vs 22" monitor Win8 vs Win7 8GB RAM vs 4GB 1TB HD vs 500GB etc etc By the way, you can also configure the Dell with i7-3770 by adding $200 which make it $780. Last edited by pc1654; 03-05-2013 at 12:07 PM.. |

Any modern computer can support "highest resolution" as its standard spec. The question is, do you have the monies to buy the best monitor out there =)? |

CPU/Mobo: 140$ AMD A-10 5700 and MSI A75MA-E35 CPU and Motherboard Combo Kit http://www.frys.com/product/75447...IN_RSLT_PG HD: 60$ 1TB 7,200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive DT01ACA100 - OEM http://microcenter.com/product/40...A100_-_OEM RAM: 43$ DDR3 8GB 1600MHz PATRIOT http://www.frys.com/product/69801...IN_RSLT_PG That leaves about 180$ for the case, PSU, the misc hardware, software licenses and anything else it comes bundled with, like a keyboard or something. |
