Link works, good deals but they are Certified Refurbished computers

It looks like they removed the Alienware inventory from the outlet. Checking Desktops - there are ZERO Alienware models listed. I was looking at these yesterday and there were literally hundreds showing up then.

Sounds like the only choice to even hear about inventory is to call in (as OP said).

After 30% off, now it should only be 25% overpriced.

Judging from the examples doesn't look like anything amazing - both M14x's have 1366 x 768 screens

Whatever you may think of the deals, the phone reps weren't informed about the sale. Bit of a disaster, I redialed/was transferred 5 times now. Apologies if anyone else is experiencing this based on my post.

I have an X51 i7-3770 in my cart for 579, assuming nothing goes wrong, after 30% and tax it's a decent deal. For about an hour of my time, though, I'm not feeling great about this decision.

This is dumb have to call to get place a order this is not pizza even they do online orders now. without seeing the specs on the computer you have to ask them everything about it then give card information over the phone..

I got the runaround too, but finally got the outlet department and scored a m14x r2 that was too good to be true....total $9xx for i7-3740 specs!
Kudos to Dell, though it was not made easy!

I agree. Very poorly implemented sale from any company, let alone a tech company. Could you imagine having to call Amazon on a Gold Box deal? Internet economy would become a total failure.
