Oh, and as mentioned, it does look a lot like a submariner. At my last physical, I wore my inv auto and even my doctor could not tell the diff and he was wearing one!

I've had an Invicta diver's watch for 5 years. I've been complemented on it plenty. It looks nice, the crystal is nearly invincible, and it has taken some tough abuse.
The only complaints I would have: Setting the date/time is not a quick process, so if you travel a ton, it may be a pain. The watch is heavy duty, which means it is ain't light. Gold scratches - go figure. |

This is the watch and I paid $95 for it from Sharkstores in July: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Seiko-Ora...0870740053 |

Do you like it and are willing to pay $45 for it? I have a couple of Invictas in my collection for use at work and they do exactly what they're supposed to, tell me what time it is. People are down on them cause they aren't a $500+ watch. If you don't like it and are a prime member, I'm pretty sure Amazon offers free returns on their watches. My SlickDeals 2013:

Seiko 5s regularly sell for 55 bucks, great deals/amazing watches, Seikos also tend to use Hardlex crystals, Plastic < Mineral < Hardlex < Sapphire for watch crystals. Timex and Armitron makes solid watches, if you are going the quartz dressy route I would actually suggest Timex over Invicta =[. Solid classy watch - http://www.amazon.com/Timex-T2H28...ords=timex For Dive watches go Seiko Monster or Orient Mako/Ray. my 2 cents Last edited by YCata; 03-06-2013 at 11:41 AM.. |

I've owned 3 Invictas. First one I sent back after a week of use when the second hand fell off. My current two have been very good and reliable. I prefer to use them as style pieces to match outfits and not as everyday watches. I prefer Citizen Perpetual A-T for an everyday watch. You should never pay more than $100 for any Invicta. The price is right for these.
Slickdeals would be 100% more efficient if EVERYONE posted their LOCATION under their name...

even though this is 2013, 40mm is a typical man's watch case diameter. any smaller and I would have to agree with you, but my Formula 1 TAG is 41mm and I wouldn't want it any bigger. I own both small (TAG Formula 1 and Movado Meza) and large (Renato Wilde Beast) and my TAG gets worn 98% of the time. case size is subjective, and unless you have freakishly large wrists/hands, this watch isn't too small.
