If you look through and try to find a 20", you can see there are zero. 1600x900 is the max resolution for a 20" monitor, unless you find a really weird one. If you aren't in the market for a 1600x900 monitor then by default you aren't in the market for a 20" monitor either.
Not really true... 20" 1600x1200 IPS panels are still available, they are just not mainstream any more.
1600x900 is a crappy resolution no matter how cheap the monitor is. I would much rather have a used 1600x1200 monitor like a Dell 2007FP.
