Same here. Just paid the $5 and now I can read them one after the other instead of it taking 3 months. Although, if I'm honest, it will probably take me 3 months anyway.

Cinna or Haymitch. That would have definitely made the story a bit more interesting. Nonetheless for $5 is an epic price for the trilogy. I however would like hard copies instead of digital, as I already own the digital books. |

I have just read on Amazon's site about DL options, but I just want to be very sure before I make this purchase (that I'm doing it right).
My DIL has an IPAD, but I have no idea if she has the Kindle App on it yet. She is who I would be purchasing this for. On the buying options, it looks like it wants me to already chose which device to DL the trilogy to. How can I best finish my purchase without messing up? I don't know if I can DL it to my laptop's Kindle App (as this is one of the registered devices and as such is visible as a choice in the drop-down menu), then somehow transfer it to her later. The purchase if for her, and I don't want to mess up by taking the only DL (or some confusing nonsense as that lol). Repps x 4 for replies. TYIA

My boss loves these books. She had the original books, until she loaned them out to her daughters, now she only has two.
The people in the office got her a Kindle for Christmas, so just sent her this as a gift. I'm such a big spender! Thanks and Thumbs UP! |

Stay at home mom. husband loves me more when i find a good deals... i have become somewhat addicted to it now! (i think the hubby is actually starting to love me less the more time i spend on SD)

Honestly, I liked the first half of the first book quite a lot -- kind of thought the bit with "wolf kids" was stupid and thought the last 50 pages were boring as "heck." Book 2 was my least favorite -- but I liked the twist at the end of Book 3 -- but it took a looonnnngggg while to get there. It's kind of hard to worry too much about the main character when the whole book is written in first person. BTW, kind of off subject, but if you have an e-Ink Kindle or Nook (or Nook Color/Tablet), Staples has been clearing out M-Edge cases for them for $5. They're also clearing out Amazon OEM cases for $4 to $7 ($7 for the ones with lights). You have to go to the store, but they still show which stores have them in stock online at Staples. |
