I'm only seeing the Tom Ford imprint on the left lens in the pictures. Can they be found anywhere else on the glasses?

No. I have been buying stuff from them for 3-4 years now. Most purchases > $100. Everything has been legit. Their customer service suuuuuuucks butt (It was really really good once upon a time though). If your item isn't dead solid perfect and you need to have them return or replace you need to travel to the 9th circle of hell to do so. So yeah the gamble here is not with authenticity. I'm done with them. My last two issues with them tell me their whole "We are about service" spiel is a steaming pile of doody. Donation is the Alpha not the Omega Lifetime member of the Daisybeetle fan club. Her kindness, attention to details, and the overall epicness of her deals have my toys for tot's pile STACKED!!
