Price only valid if buying 2...misleading title. Price for 1 is $60 though which is still better then the Amazon deal.

I love these boxes. I have 2 now and a hard drive connected to the router. So I have a mini whole home DVR that I rip dvd's and downloaded videos.
I want to add two more tv's so I needed two more boxes. I only wish they had Amazon video support. Or Roku's had support for all the codecs that these boxes support. |

Surprised this isn't getting more love. Cheapest it has been since the $49.99 refurtbs which sold out quickly. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. SJ

And for the record it is a WD TV Live Streaming Media Player, not just the older WDTV Live (model 1.4, 1st gen) that was then replaced with the WDTV Live Plus and then this model which is what is in the link.
I love this device though. |

These new ones are terrible, the latest firmware has me disconnecting from my media server every 20 minutes. The firmware before that has it dropping every 40 minutes. The older wd tv live plus has no issues on the same network. Only when I have it wired in does it not drop. PIA.

I had this happen everytime I went to youtube and watched anything HD. Router and Bandwidth are overkill for my house as well. Not sure what is up with that. The issue seems to have gone away though.
