This is one hell of a netbook. This is what a netbook should be. It looks awfully thin, Utlrabook thin.
Screen is too small. Screen is just bigger than my iPad's....and the resolution is way lower though. The Asus from Groupon the other day was 13.3" with 1080p, but no touch. I almost pulled the trigger on that one. This is all good...laptops are getting cheaper and the performance features are really decent. Must haves; SSD, 1080p, USB3.0, HDMI |

Did you not see the deal on the refurbed ASUS Ultrabook on Tuesday? It had a Core i5, 128GB SSD, a 13.3" 1080P IPS display, HDMI and USB 3.0 and it was $559.99. Brand new it's like $799. http://slickdeals.net/permadeal/9...-ssd-win-7 **I now blanky stare at you with that Californian look ![]() PS...sorry about the Dell. Personally, a laptop does seem like an odd place to have touch, as you can't hold hold it close to you because of the keyboard/body of the system would get in the way. On a Windows 8 laptop, a convertible would make more sense. Unfortunately, that would be a pretty thick, and heavy, tablet. |
