Metal Gear Rising VR Mission DLC - Free PS3 Only 3/12/13 - 4/3/13

Just a heads up. Metal Gear Rising VR Mission DLC (PS3 Only Exclusive in NA) will be free from March 12 until April 3rd. After that it will be a paid DLC.

From MGR [facebook.com] and MGS facebook page -
"This just in! The upcoming VR Mission DLC for Metal Gear Rising will be FREE for Playstation 3 users in US and Canada between March 12th and April 3rd, 2013! Get your hands on 30 all-new VR missions packed with tons of unique challenges that will push Raiden’s skills to its limits!"

It's short but it's nowhere near a bad game. It's actually pretty fun and on many levels like a really good B-movie. If you don't enjoy hack and slash + expect it to be like all MGS, then it's understandable why you wouldn't like it.

Also the controls are not bad at all. The parry system requires a little learn curve (got the hang of that by the end of the first boss battle) and combine with dodge, you're pretty much good.

If you can't give it away, then you aren't trying hard enough and that shouldn't be used as a way to determine the quality of a game.

IMHO it is a great game. I determined this because I have already beat it twice and enjoyed it both times. Your mileage may vary...
