Do they handle the warranty exchanges for the hose at the Costco? If so, then it's a good deal.
Otherwise, read some opinions on the two.

this is the best hose for the money by far.
plus lifetime warranty as long as sears doesn't go out of business.
(much better than the never kink by craftsman)

No it doesn't. The older one's did. My Costco been through 3 winters, left outside, and it still doesn't kink. My 100' Craftsman rubber house kinks all the time, and it's a pita to wind up. We've also got a 15yr old Swan that's been under our deck. I've repaired the ends a few times, but the hose itself is excellent. Never kinks. I think hoses are overrated unless you buy the garbage $10 Big Lots hoses. My least favorite hose is that damn Craftsman rubber hose. But for $34, I can't justify getting rid of it for a $22 Costco hose. Stuck with it for life.

Anyone post any Monoprice banana plugs, hose nozzles, or HDMI cables lately? These 4 seem to go hand in hand.
