I've worked with 12-15 of these in the office since they were new. A word of caution: the power supplies almost always fail, and then fail again after being replaced. I've replaced at least 10 power supplies in these machines, most of which were under warranty, and often they'd need a 3rd power supply only a few years later. My guess is someone has a bunch of these that had bad power supplies and is replacing them which run around $68 for a refurb. or $88 for new.
Beyond that they are basically good for internet and word processing, we still have a bunch in use. They do run Windows 7 well enough, especially if you enable "Adjust for best performance".
