Note that the new model available through Kickstarter is constructed from a custom made extruded HDPE food grade drum and is significantly upgraded from the model in the photos below.

This thing is a very big planter with a perforated vermicompost tube down the center and a plug on the bottom for removing compost/worm by-product. Very innovative and not cheap; made by hand, ships from Indiana.
