I notice people are confusing a street boot, a semi dress and a work boot. Look at the heel/sole/inlay material and construction of that timberland and the wolverine. I see a few cap toes, 1ks? That should be the 1st bell to ring...this aint sewer or railroad work or standing 12 hours delivering mail or babies. Also, I do not expect a gentleman to show up wearing timbs for sunday brunch and the female is wearing heels. Pick your boot for its function.

How about buy a variety of shoes and all will be happy. Plus, please, the people that like/love/or gawk at you. Go to Macys or whereever and try them for fit...

These are nice boots BUT they have a serious design flaw that makes them very uncomfortable:
The tongue is made of two parts and they are sewed together right in the middle of the instep creating a thick ridge that makes the boots uncomfortable to walk with especially on long walks.
The tongue should have been made of one smooth piece of leather, but they cut corners in making these boots.
Recommendation: Avoid them, especially if your feet have a high instep.
Now, if you can tolerate the discomfort and resulting pain on a long walk.......

Also, they run big about half a size to may be a size.
