i don't have pending charge either. usually my CC is extremely fast about pending charges. i hope they will not end up over selling these and cancel everyone's order.
I hope the same. Speaking with the customer service rep, though, I got confirmation that nothing is charged until it is shipped.

if you start making psn purchases and downloading the game rentals free with ps+ membership, you will fill up your 8gb card quickly.

The good thing about bigger storage, you can download all the free playstation plus vita games with your $50 membership per year.

what about 32gb, i'd imagine each game or demo is around 2-4 gigs so it's only like 8-16 games

here's hoping it goes through. holding out for a deal on these things with a 4gb card is torture!

I really dont understand, Sony wants you to dl their stuff yet they give you such little space, even a 32 gig isnt much considering the size of these games, they really shouldve went the 3ds route.

but you are not going to play 8~16 games at the same time right? You can back up your games to pc/ps3 and swap as needed I think. No need to download from psn again, which could be very time consuming and not reliable.

4gb/8gb's are pretty useless imo as they get topped off VERY quick (unless you're going 100% retail/physical games of course). With that said, between the 16gb & 32gb, it really depends on what you're looking to get out of the system.

Vita games, PS1/PSP games and PS+ content can really eat up them GB's quick! I'm already down to < 1gb on my 32gb lol bounce

If you have PS Plus even a 16gb card is too little. In one year of PS Plus you have have probably 15 psp games, 5 PS1 classic games and 15-25 VITA games that are Free as long as you stay on PS Plus. Even a 32gb card would only be able to handle 1/2 of that. So you are having to delete and re download your games. This also means that you have to be stingy with pictures, music and video. I would love to have a whole season or two of a show like Archer or Parks and Rec but there just isn't space. It is a shame because videos look great on the VITA screen.

Swapping cards in and out is not a viable option so the best we can do is hunker down with a 32gb card. I am really struggling with my 16gb card at the moment but if this goes through I am glad I waited. In about a year I will have so many games through PS Plus and cheap discount purchases that I will need a 128g micro sd card which doesn't even exist from what I can tell. I wish someone could release a hack to use any micro sd card.
