Yeah I hate child support laws as is, but this is just ridiculous

Exactly!!! That's the problem!! It's something that JUST happened, and it's focuses on problem w/child support which is not flashy and a lot of people don't even want to touch.

It's kinda like how CEOs of major companies and our legislators don't want to talk about how much money they make. Custodial parents get at LEAST 20% (for one child.. more if there are more children involved) of the non-custodial's paycheck. This is almost always WAY more than is needed to raise a child, so why would they blow a whistle on their free shopping sprees?

In the example here, he's paying $1,377 a MONTH for child support! What child needs $1,377 a month of support? Even with day care bills, use of the house/utilities/car/food, clothes, medical bills broken out over time, etc.

And yes, that was a rhetorical question because I've done the math in my own case and it's disgusting how much money is left over for the custodial parent just because they can get away with it.

The story was posted on Feb. 22. (two weeks ago) If it had been a legitimate news article, actual news agencies would have picked it up by now.

Anybody got her address? I'd love to pay her a visit and tell her exactly what I think of her.

Hmmm, if this is a true story, why haven't any of the actual news agencies picked up the story? All I see is the Rhinoden article and the same story on some other blog sites.

She is probably a loyal Democrat so the mainstream media won't touch the story.
And there doesn't seem to be any way to tie it directly to Obama so Fox won't pick it up either.
