I previously used EA active and compared to that, this will definitely give you a better overall workout.. EA Active feels more gimmicky in some of it's exercises. There are less of them in Nike plus kinect..

There is a demo available for download at the xbox marketplace, and they are both compatible with Kinect Fit. I was sore for a week after doing the evaluation, a friend from work has lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks along with eating better of course.
