How long has it taken people to receive their mountain lion up to date program codes?

I was looking for one and found different floor display of MC815LL/A. The price was $549.99. Manager told me to match to this price for my trouble and he told me they both are same. Well, I took it (Get it now and think later) but not sure which one is better. Anyone can shed some light who has both systems?

Tried to get an upgrade to ML via apple support and got denied. Email said "Receipt does not show purchase of a qualifying product"

Anyone have a suggestion to get the upgrade?

im going to assume that you did an in store pickup... if you did, then dont upload that receipt. upload the "your order is picked up" email. (apparently the store pick up orders have "headphones" listed under the product and not the apple mac mini...)....

if you did purchase it in stores (not through store pickup), i have no idea,

I was able to find one at my local Best Buy, but they told me that they would have to remove the Apple display info from it. Anyone else had this done?
