Sony has confirmed that PS4 will be prices lower than PS3 when it first came out.

I bought one of the 60GB fully BC Phat models after they were discontinued in favor of the 80GB version and, though I haven't had any problems with it, I keep wondering if I should get one of these just to be safe and put my old PS3 up in the closet to preserve it.

Which is better the. Top loader or the regular slim?

Grabbed a Grade 4 with everything except owner manual.

We'll see how it goes.

Your logic is bad. He's saying that since the PS4 (which is expected to have at least a five year shelf life), there's no point in buying a product that won't be supported (much), at least for gaming.

I sold my PS3 a couple months ago when resale value was higher than it is now in anticipation of the PS4. Sure, I don't have a console anymore, but I can game on my PC.

It's all about being smart with your money and thinking ahead.

I tried replicate your deal with a "condition 6", but it doesn't want to take the code saying it is invalid. Then I added a plain vanilla ps3 console and the code was accepted. In the cart I removed this second console, and immediately get the similar error that the code cannot be applied because the item was removed from cart.

Congrats on getting a good deal with the extra games.
