Yeah that seems weird. If I buy a used one off a neighbor I still get the remainder of the warranty, so why wouldn't I here?

Also they have the MSRP wrong.

I am very tempted, but ipad 5 is coming next month.

They have 4.48 star rating on buy.com. However, they have horrible rating on their own weeklycloseouts.com (4.17/19).

Me neither. The only thing I saw about 90 day is the technical phone support. I could not find anything about whether the item was refurbished by Apple or Weekelycloseouts. If the item is refurbished by Apple then it should carry a 1 year warranty. I am assuming it is refurbished by Apple and has 1 year warranty since I could not find anything else.

Manufacturer Warranty
Limited warranty - 1 year
Technical support - phone consulting - 90 days
