Got the 64gb 3rd generation new at Target for 549.00 minus my 5%off red card discount on Thursday... Would rather have new than a refurbished..

Got the fedex tracking number (# not alive yet).
But the website states: "You have selected Standard Shipping and should receive your item(s) in 4 to 14 business days." WTF? |

So did anyone notice they have removed the one year warranty from the language on the product description now and it only says 90 days phone support? Did anyone get a screen shot of the product description when it said one year warranty?
