In addition, I originally had no idea about the $15 upfront charge. She just asked if I would like to receive a card for 10% off ink cartridges and never said it would cost $15. After I paid, I was wondering why my receipt was more than I originally estimated. I complained to the store manager who could not refund the price of the discount card on the system so she did something else to give me back a store cash card instead. I now realized she price adjusted the price of the ink to give me back the refund, but now it screwed me again since my ink purchase fell under the $50 mark to qualify for double rewards. Now I have to contact Rewards to correct this.
