Sharp Elite 60" $3504.99; 70" $5452.99 Best Buy Open Box, YMMV

This is a YMMV deal, noticed while browsing the open box stuff that the elites have been put out to pasture at magnolia home theater section. My local bb, (Warwick, RI), has 4 in stock, 2 60" and 2 70" models. I randomly checked some other zips and some had one or more as well, but this will not be at all best buys. the fair condition models are probably floor models. Prices range from 23%-32% off regular price.
From camel these are the lowest price for these, no data for amazon, so the info is from 3rd party sellers. And from camel, these have never been on sale at best buy.

PRO60X5FD: The 60" is $3504.99 for a fair model, $3,954.99 for an excellent model.

PRO70X5FD: The 70" is $5452.99 for a fair model and $6152.99 for an excellent model.
