I use this for all of my cooking needs.....give some to my Pugs, as well. Coconut oil (cold pressed, organic) is probably the best you can use for healthy cooking.
BTW....it is great for popping popcorn! |

I should name myself, dealsformy5kids Congrats - you put up some very worthwhile posts.I scoop a heaping tablespoon of coconut oil into a medium size pot on medium high heat - when the oil is hot I pour in enough kernels to cover the bottom of the pot - cover and wait until it starts popping (half minute, or so) - as the popping speeds up shake the pot back and forth having a bowel ready to pour the newly popped corn into.....just delicious!! Keep an eye out on the Nutiva.com sites. They offer deals on many of their products, including their gallon of organic, cold-pressed coconut oil, Just bought a gallon for $45.99 shipped. Love this stuff!!

Since these are 78 oz. jars, they in fact came from Costco--Nutiva doesn't market that size in regular retail channels. My local Costo sells them for slightly less than M124's Costco: $21.49/jar
