shop vacs
oh so going back to shopvacs, i also picked up one of these since i am working on renovating 2 rental units on different floors. it's been a hassle lugging that 12 gallon craftsman one up and down the stairs so i'll keep the larger one in the unit i am doing the major renovations in and keep the smaller one in the unit that i'm just making minor mods. http://www.sears.com/craftsman-2-...ockType=G2 using the SAVENOW discount and then $10-off from the SYWR rewards promo it came out to $17 hehehe |

The small vacs like that are very handy. I have a Shop-Vac one that's pretty much the same thing as the one you bought. I use it for cleaning out my vehicles and other jobs where the big one is overkill. My big Craftsman has mostly sat there for awhile now. I sure don't blame you for not wanting to lug around a full size vac. You have my condolences for having to work on rentals, I know from firsthand experience it can be a real pain. |

yeah the only thing that keeps me going is the fact that i know there is a finite end to these renovations - the rental units are mine so once they are renovated i am done. i can kick back and put my feet up while the $2,200/mo in rental income starts pouring in. if my profession was home remodeling i would quit after 3 months LOL |

 I hear you there. It's always nice when the tenants are happy, quiet and paying regularly.  Concerning rentals, I've concluded that investing up front in above average interiors is worth it in the long run, despite the added costs, as long as there's the right market for it. |

I hate how Sears jacks up the price after it gets posted on slickdeals, at least I got a chance to use the searstools code B4 they yanked that too - I don't even have a circular saw but in for 3 since I have some SYWR points to kill

this was a good deal... i recall (yes i know its a few years ago) black and decker use to have 3pk for $9.99. now i dont see any 3pks for less than $20.
so $4 each, is a very good deal. |
