Lenovo Thinkpad 1838 Tablet Refurb Outlet $189 +Tax FS

We got a couple of these to test at work. I would not recommend them at this price. The pen does work, but the tablet is pretty slow compared to anything more recent, and a refurb nexus 7 is cheaper. Battery life is ok, but nothing great. The power button on these has a pretty nasty design flaw where they will fall into the device and there goes your power button. They are easy to crack open however.

Anybody get theirs yet? I got a shipment confirmation but now my order number brings up an error. I don't think my card was ever charged by Lenovo...

Got mine. It looked good. But prob gonna return. Don't need it I guess. Just wanted to see what it was like.

I updated to ICS, rooted, installed CWM and JellyBean. Rocking it at work already.

Don't hassle with rooting honeycomb, I couldn't get it to work right. But use this thread to root in ICS.http://forum.xda-developers.com/s...?t=1925025

I finally got mine. No accessories however. Anyone have a working link to order a proper (cheap) stylus?
I see on Amazon that the HTC Flyer pen is $18 shipped. I might go for that if there isn't a cheaper option for the Lenovo pen.
Also, did anyone else have an issue getting their Google account on the device when you got it with Honeycomb? It kept saying I had no reliable connection to the Google servers despite getting full bars and able to surf just fine. I'm just updating now to ICS hoping to fix the issue.
